I use Asana to manage my freelance B2B content marketing work, organizing clients, projects, and tasks with a system that works for me.
Do you download resources, guides, courses, and other content and never read or watch it? I used to, but now I have a system to consuming high-quality content.
Since closing email worked, but also didn’t because I kept leaving it open, I tried a different means to the same end. I found a tool that keeps all my inboxes, slack channels, and other tools together in one place.
I enjoy learning new tools (and learning in general). I like diving into a new tool and figuring out the best way to use it. But I can’t spend my whole day playing around and learning. I have to DO.
I feel like I’ve tried every productivity hack in the world, and some work OK, but most just don’t. I’ve spent years learning how I work best and trying different ways of managing my work, structuring my days, and coming to accept that there is no one-size-fits-all structure.
